We print all of our photo displays in our Suffolk warehouse. Once we have your chosen images, we transfer them with state-of-the-art system. This system uses advanced dye sublimation technology to create a stunning reproduction of your photographs. It allows us to infuse the ink directly into a special coating on the metal surface.

To achieve this, we employ a heat press technique where the metal surface is heated to an optimal temperature of 200 degrees Celsius. This heat, in conjunction with pressure, ensures that the ink sublimates and becomes a part of the metal surface — making it not only resistant to fading but also giving it a vibrant and long-lasting appearance.

Next, we take the beautifully printed HD metal surface and affix it to the wooden base. To ensure a secure and durable bond, we use industrial strength double-sided tape specifically designed for this purpose. This method guarantees that your photo display remains securely in place, even when subjected to everyday handling.
