Delivery & Returns


Current Dispatch Times: Orders are being dispatched within 7 working days. Please note this is not inclusive of delivery. Delivery may take up to an additional 5 working days depending on the courier. If your order is time critical please contact us prior to ordering and we will confirm if it will be dispatched and received on time.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 working days of the order being placed. If timing is critical for your order please do not hesitate to contact us at and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. All orders are sent via standard delivery and should be delivered within 3 to 5 working days after you receive your notification of dispatch email. Depending on how busy courier services are delivery can take up to 7 days. If you have not received your order within seven days of receiving your dispatch confirmation email please send us an email or message via our contact page and we will investigate this for you.

When you place your order, please leave any leave safe instructions or special delivery information at checkout. If you are likely to be out or want to ensure the delivery is left please let us know during/straight after your purchase and we can pass these instructions onto the courier.

We try to keep our shipping costs as low as possible for our customers. Therefore, to do this we have to charge different delivery prices dependant on your location/postcode due to extended area surcharges implemented by our courier services. Mainland UK delivery is charged at £3.99. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and all other UK Islands is charged at £5.99. When you enter your address at the checkout page our system will automatically calculate the delivery charge for you when you enter your postcode.

For delivery to areas outside of the United Kingdom e.g. the Republic of Ireland, Europe etc. please contact us and we can obtain a delivery quote for you. All purchasers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.


Unfortunately due to the personalised nature of our products we are unable to accept returns on products unless they are faulty or incorrect. If you have received a faulty or incorrect product please contact us via email at or by using the form below within 14 days of receiving your item and we will arrange the return and the refund or replacement product.
