We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 – 5 working days of the order being placed however during busy periods this can sometimes take up to 7 working days. Please note that due to annual staff leave we will be closed from noon on February 25, 2019, and we will reopen Wednesday, March 13, 2019. All orders will be dispatched week commencing March 11, 2019.
We can offer a next working day delivery service if the order is placed before 11am Monday – Thursday for an additional fee dependant on the size/weight of the item – please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with reference to this service.
When we dispatch your order please leave any leave safe instructions or special delivery information at checkout. If you are likely to be out or want to ensure the delivery is left please let us know during/straight after your purchase and we can pass these instructions onto the courier.
For delivery to areas outside of the United Kingdom, please contact us and we can obtain a delivery quote for you.
Unfortunately due to the personalised nature of our products we are unable to accept returns on products unless they are faulty or incorrect. If you have received a faulty or incorrect product please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your item at email@example.com and we will arrange the return and the refund/replacement product.
