Printing Your Custom Made Cushion Covers

We print all of our photo cushion covers in our Suffolk warehouse. In order to do this, we use a dye sublimation heat press at 200 degrees Celsius to permanently print your photos onto the cushion surface.

Dye sublimation is a popular printing technique that allows for vibrant and durable images to be transferred onto various materials. The heat press transfers the ink from a solid state to a gaseous state, allowing it to penetrate the fabric fibres deeply. This results in a permanent fusion of the ink with the cushion cover, making it resistant to fading, cracking or peeling.

The maximum print area of our personalised cushions is approximately 38 x 38cm as the zip is unable to come into contact with our heat press. It’s important to note that we print all cushion covers with a border, as shown in the product images.

If you opt to use our “Upload a full design” method, we will print your personalised cushion cover proportionally in relation to the images or designs we receive. In the case of portrait or landscape photos, we will print the photo onto the cushion centrally, leaving blank space on either side of the photo.
