It creates vibrant and long-lasting prints that won’t fade or wash away. At our warehouse, we use a dye sublimation heat press. This machine applies both heat and pressure, working together to facilitate the sublimation process. It operates at a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius. The combination of heat and pressure causes the ink particles to transform into a gas like state. This change allows the ink to permeate the polyester fibres, resulting in stunningly vibrant prints.
