At our warehouse in Suffolk, we print all of our customised hand towels. Each towel starts as a blank white piece of fabric awaiting its transformation. Our team use a cutting-edge printing technique known as dye sublimation to print the towels with your designs. This innovative process involves the infusion of ink directly onto the front of the towel’s polyester surface. The combination of heat, pressure and vibrant dyes guarantees a permanent print that withstands the test of time.

To achieve this level of quality, we use a specialised dye sublimation heat press. This machine operates at 200 degrees Celsius, allows for the transfer of the ink onto the towel fibres. This fusion creates an bond between your design and the fabric ensuring that your artwork remains vivid even after countless washes.
