The zip fastening ensures easy access, making it effortless to insert and remove cushions as needed.

PRINTING YOUR CUSTOM MADE CUSHION COVERS

We print our photo cushion covers at our Suffolk warehouse.To achieve this, we use a dye sublimation heat press. Using this method, we are able to transfer your precious baby photo and design onto the surface of the cushion cover. The process begins by printing the image onto a special type of paper with sublimation ink. This ink is specifically formulated to turn into gas when exposed to high temperatures.

Next, the printed paper is carefully positioned over the cushion cover. Once perfectly positioned, the cushion cover and paper go through the dye sublimation heat press. This machine press applies heat of around 200 degrees Celsius, causing the ink to transform into vapour and penetrate the fabric of the cover. As the ink vapour infuses the cushion cover, it solidifies and becomes a permanent part of the fabric. This results in a vibrant and long lasting print that maintains its sharpness and colour.

DESIGNING YOUR PERSONALISED CUSHION COVER

When designing your personalised baby cushion, you have a multitude of options to make it truly unique. One of the first decisions to make is the text colour. Whether you prefer a pretty pink, a bold blue or a sleek black, we have something to suit every taste and preference.

Next, comes an exciting part – entering the baby’s name. You can choose to personalise the cushion with their first name or their whole name, adding a touch of elegance and charm to the design.

But we don’t stop there! You then select the date of birth from our convenient calendar feature. It’s a lovely way to commemorate the special day and create a keepsake that will be cherished for years to come.

And if you’re looking to add an extra layer of personalisation, you have the option to include the baby’s birth weight on the cushion. While this is not necessary, it can be a meaningful detail to include. Just make sure to provide the units of measurement, such as 8lbs 2oz or 4.1kg, to ensure we print it correctly.

To complete the customisation process, you can choose whether you’d like a cushion insert included with your cushion cover or if you already have one at home.
