CGS (Haverhill) Ltd, trading as Personalised With Perfection (PWP) (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website and associated services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please cease use immediately.

The Services are intended for users 18 years or older. Minors are not permitted to register or purchase.

1. User Eligibility and Account Responsibility

  • Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering or interacting with the Services.
  • You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
  • PWP may suspend or terminate accounts for misrepresentation, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised account use.

2. Services

  • The Services include our website, online store, products, and associated functionalities.
  • Accessing the Services from jurisdictions where it may be illegal is at your own risk. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.
  • PWP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services without notice, including for maintenance, updates, or operational requirements.

3. Products, Orders, and Payment

  • Prices are in GBP (Great British Pounds), VAT included. Payment methods include: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
  • Product descriptions, colours, and dimensions are indicative only; actual products may vary.
  • Orders are typically dispatched within 7 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Delivery times vary depending on courier and location.
  • PWP may correct pricing errors, limit quantities, or refuse/cancel orders at our discretion.

3.1 Order Review and Cancellation

  • After order confirmation, we reserve the right to review submitted designs. Orders may be cancelled if the design:
    • Contains offensive materials, including images, gestures, symbols, or text relating to violence, death, racism, hatred, injury, cruelty, weapons, or illegal substances;
    • Includes swear words, obscenity, nudity, or profanity;
    • Constitutes or encourages conduct that may be criminal, civilly liable, or infringe third-party rights in any jurisdiction.
  • Orders may also be cancelled for legal, safety, or operational reasons.
  • Customers will be notified via email if an order is cancelled, and payments will be refunded.

4. Product Representations and Image Accuracy

  • Product images, colours, and descriptions are for illustration only. Actual appearance may vary due to screen calibration, lighting, or printing limitations.
  • Very pale colours (creams, pastels, light blues) may not print exactly as displayed.
  • High-resolution images are required for custom prints; low-quality sources (social media, screenshots, or messaging apps) may result in pixelation or poor print quality.
  • Automatic image cropping may occur; if the focal point is affected, we will contact you for approval before printing.
  • Measurements are approximate. Customers requiring exact sizing should request advice before ordering.

5. Delivery, Refunds, and Returns

  • Delivery charges are displayed at checkout; additional charges may apply for remote UK or international locations.
  • International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and customs fees.
  • Refunds for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items require photographic or physical evidence before authorisation.
  • Customised designs are final; customers are responsible for errors in spelling, sizing, or image placement.
  • We may request proof of destruction of returned items to prevent fraudulent claims.
  • Post-order communication may include design verification, delivery confirmation, or security checks. We will never request payment details via email.

6. User Content and Licensing

  • Contributions include text, images, reviews, videos, or other materials submitted through the Services.
  • Contributions must be original, lawful, and free from third-party infringement.
  • By submitting Contributions, you grant PWP a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and create derivative works for commercial or promotional purposes.
  • PWP may edit, remove, or reclassify Contributions without notice if they violate these Terms.
  • Users are responsible for claims arising from their Contributions, including intellectual property infringement or defamation.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Circumvent security, collect unauthorised data, or disrupt operations.
  • Post illegal, offensive, harassing, defamatory, or harmful content.
  • Impersonate others or violate laws or third-party rights.
  • Use the Services for unauthorised commercial purposes or competition.
  • Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.
  • Engage in automated data collection, spamming, or mass solicitation.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, logos, software, designs, images, and text are owned or licensed by PWP.
  • No part of the Services may be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without prior written permission.
  • Any violation may result in termination of access and legal action.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Personal data is collected and processed per our Privacy Policy.
  • By accessing the Services from outside the UK, you consent to data transfer and processing in the UK.
  • While we implement reasonable security measures, complete protection cannot be guaranteed.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • Services are provided “as is”; no warranties, express or implied.
  • PWP is not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, or third-party transactions.
  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or service.
  • PWP is not responsible for errors in content, third-party links, or events beyond our control.

11. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold us harmless, its officers, agents, and employees from claims arising from:

  • Use of the Services;
  • Submitted content;
  • Breach of Terms;
  • Violation of third-party rights.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Governed by UK law; CISG excluded.
  • EU consumers retain protections under mandatory local law.
  • Online dispute resolution is available via the European Commission platform.

13. Miscellaneous

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PWP.
  • Force majeure applies to events beyond reasonable control.
  • Electronic communications and signatures are valid and enforceable.
  • Invalid provisions do not affect the enforceability of the remaining Terms.
