Printing Your Custom Made Money Box

We print each photo money box in our Suffolk warehouse. To begin, we carefully select high-quality metal sheets that will serve as the base for your custom-printed photos. These metal sheets are specially coated to ensure optimal durability. Our sublimation heat press is then precisely set to a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius. Once the press has reached the desired temperature, we begin the sublimation process. Sublimation printing allows us to transfer your cherished photos onto the metal sheet surface. This technique uses heat and pressure to convert the dye particles into gas, which permeates the coating on the metal.

The result is a vibrant, long-lasting image that melds with the metal surface. This sublimated photo is visually stunning and resistant to scratching, fading and general wear and tear. After the sublimation process is complete, we take steps to secure the photo to the back of the money box. We use industrial double-sided tape for this purpose. This adhesive ensures that your photo remains in place, even with everyday handling.
