Printing Your Personalised Teddy Bear T Shirt

We print all of our teddy t-shirts in our Suffolk warehouse. Using a state-of-the-art dye sublimation heat press, we delicately transfer your design onto the fabric of the t-shirt. We place the t-shirt onto the heat press, ensuring it lies perfectly flat. The design is then printed onto a special transfer paper using a sublimation ink formula. This ink is specifically designed to turn into a gas when exposed to heat, allowing it to penetrate the fabric’s fibres and become a permanent part of the shirt.

The transfer paper is carefully positioned onto the t-shirt. Then it is pressed under a controlled temperature of 200 degrees Celsius. As heat and pressure are applied, the ink transforms into a gas, penetrating the fabric and bonding with its molecules. This process ensures a long-lasting, vibrant and high definition print that won’t fade or peel over time.
