We print all of our personalised steel photo mugs in our Suffolk warehouse. Our team uses a sublimation mug heat press, applying a combination of heat and pressure to ensure a permanent and vibrant transfer of your cherished designs onto the surface of the mug. This technique guarantees that your images will not fade or peel over time allowing you to enjoy your customised mug for years to come.

With a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius, the sublimation press works its magic, bonding the ink with the steel mug, resulting in a seamless and flawless integration of your chosen design.

Advice For Making Your Photo Mug

When designing your photo mug, it is important to use the best quality images to ensure a pristine finish on your mug. Opt for high-resolution and sharp images to enhance the clarity of your personalised mug.

If you desire a specific effect, such as a classic black and white or a nostalgic sepia tone, upload your design accordingly.

It’s important to note that the dye sublimation printing process we use does not allow for the printing of white ink. Consequently, any areas in your design that are intended to be white will retain the silver colour of the mug itself. Similarly, please keep in mind that pale colours may be subtly affected by the underlying silver mug colour resulting in a slightly altered appearance.
