We print our photo teddy t-shirts in our Suffolk warehouse. The key to our printing process lies in the method known as dye sublimation. This technique involves a heat press combined with selected dyes, which work to create vibrant and long-lasting prints on the surface of your t-shirt. To guarantee the best results, we use a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius during the printing process, ensuring that the pigments become embedded in the fabric fibres.
