We print all of our photo tiles in our Suffolk warehouse. Once the white ceramic tile is at room temperature, we start to add your design onto the surface. Our team ensures that the design is accurately positioned and aligned to match your design.

After the design is applied, we use a special dye sublimation heat press to begin the printing process. This heat press creates the perfect environment for the ink to transform into a gas state and permeate the coated ceramic surface. With the combination of 200 degree Celsius heat and firm pressure, the ink bonds with the tile, creating a permanent and vibrant print.

The dye sublimation process is known for its durability and longevity. The printed designs on our custom made ceramic tiles are resistant to fading, scratching and other forms of wear and tear, if cared for correctly.
