PRINTING YOUR CUSTOM MADE CUSHION COVERS

We print our photo cushion covers at our Suffolk warehouse. To create the photo cushion covers, we use a cutting-edge technique known as dye sublimation. This innovative method involves using a heat press set at precisely 200 degrees Celsius. This transfers the image from your photo onto the fabric of the cushion cover. Unlike traditional printing methods, dye sublimation ensures that the ink becomes an integral part of the fabric, resulting in a vibrant, fade-resistant and long-lasting print.

We understand that every photo holds sentimental value, so we take extra care to ensure that your precious memories are faithfully reproduced on the cushion cover. Our advanced printing technology allows for outstanding colour accuracy and sharpness, capturing the essence of your photos in incredible detail.

If you already have a digital file of your precious pet, you can simply send it to us by using the ‘Upload a full design’ option. We will carefully place it on the cushion, ensuring that the proportions are maintained and the image is centred. We will print your personalised cushion cover proportionally in relation to the images or designs we receive. If you upload a portrait or landscape photo, we will print it onto the cushion cover centrally, ensuring that the image is displayed in the best possible way. In such cases, the areas on either side of the photo will be left blank.

For those seeking more creative control over their design, our software provides an array of options. Select our ‘Design here online’ option. Alongside uploading the photo, you can immerse yourself in the design process by utilising our tools. Adjust the size, position and orientation of the image on the cushion, allowing you to curate a personalised layout that resonates with your vision. Want to add a dash of extra sentiment? You can even include additional text or playful clip art to complete your masterpiece.

ADVICE FOR MAKING YOUR PHOTO CUSHION

If you choose to use our ‘Upload a full design’ feature, we will print your custom cushion cover in proportion to the image or design you provide.
