About Each Mug Type

Standard 10oz White Mug, Large 15oz White Mug, Standard 12oz White Latte Mug & Large 17oz White Latte Mug

The mugs are made from high quality glossy white ceramic. The glossy finish adds a touch of elegance and sophistication to these mugs. Therefore, making them a perfect choice for any occasion.

If you opt for the latte mug style, please keep in mind that the design may be slightly different. Due to the conical shape of the latte mug, we warp the design to fit the shape.

Whether you’re enjoying a coffee, tea or any other drink, these mugs are designed to enhance your drinking experience. Their comfortable handle provides a secure grip allowing you to enjoy your hot or cold drinks without worry.

10oz Black Colour Change Mug

These mugs are made from glossy black coated ceramic providing a sleek and stylish appearance. What sets these mugs apart is their unique heat sensitive technology. When the mug comes into contact with heat, such as hot coffee or tea, the glossy black surface magically transforms into a brilliant white, revealing the captivating designs underneath.

8oz Stainless Steel Mug

Silver coloured stainless steel mugs are perfect for all your outdoor adventures. Crafted with durability in mind, this compact 8oz mug is specifically designed to fit perfectly in rucksacks and small spaces. One thing to note is that we use a printing technique called dye sublimation to personalise these mugs. While the process offers vibrant and long-lasting results, it’s important to understand that dye sublimation does not print white ink. Consequently, any white areas in your design will take on the silver colour of the mug itself. Additionally, very pale colours may be slightly affected by the underlying silver.

12oz Enamel Mug

It’s worth noting that slight bumps, blemishes and colour differences may be noticed on the enamel. However, these are not defects but rather part of the beauty and uniqueness of the material.

Printing Your Custom Made Mug

We print each mug in our Suffolk warehouse. At the heart of our printing lies a state-of-the-art sublimation mug heat press. With precision, we use this machine to transfer your chosen photos onto the mug surface. Operating at 200 degrees Celsius, the sublimation process ensures that the designs become an integral part of the mug. It creates a lasting impression that won’t fade away.

Designing Your Mugs

When it comes to designing your photo mug, we have a wide array of mug styles available. Whether you’re an avid hiker in need of a durable enamel mug or wish to surprise a loved one with a colour changing mug, the options are endless.

Once you’ve settled on the perfect mug style, it’s time to add a personal touch. Simply enter two names that hold a special meaning to you. We will place them on either side of a charming red love heart. If you wish to have multiple names on each side, feel free to do so. However, please keep in mind that as the amount of text increases, the size of the letters will naturally decrease to fit within the designated space.
