We print our photo latte mugs at our Suffolk warehouse. Using state-of-the-art technology, we use a sublimation mug heat press that operates at a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius. This temperature is controlled to guarantee the highest quality print results.

In instances where you upload an image or design without using our design software, we maintain the original proportions of your image. In this case, the remaining area of the mug will appear a blank white colour. Our default placement for the image or design is centred from the front (opposite the handle). However, we understand that you may have specific preferences regarding the placement of the design. If you require an alternative positioning, please contact our customer support team, and they will be more than happy to assist you.

Our personalised latte mugs are printed using coloured ink. If you have a specific effect in mind, such as black and white or sepia, please make sure to upload the design in the desired effect.

All designs will be adjusted by our team to fit the conical shape of the mug. As the mug narrows towards the bottom, some slight warping may occur, which can subtly affect the composition of your design. However, rest assured that our team takes great care to ensure your design looks its best when wrapped around the mug.

If you prefer a fully wrapped mug design, we recommend opting for a standard-shaped mug instead of a conical one. With a standard mug, the design will retain its original proportions and appearance, without the need for warping to accommodate the shape.

If you choose to upload an image or design without using our design software, your uploaded content will be centred on the front of the mug (opposite the handle).
