• The metal insert affixes to the main keyring using a self-adhesive strip. We add super glue to add longer lasting bond. If the insert comes out add a small drop of super glue and it will re-fix.

Printing Your Personalised Keyring

At our Suffolk warehouse, we produce our customised key rings. Each key ring begins with a blank white aluminium print sheet, carefully shaped in a rectangular format to serve as the canvas for your designs. It is then onto this surface that we apply the print using our advanced printing technology.

To ensure durability and longevity, we take extra measures to secure the printed insert on the key ring. We employ the use of double-sided tape along with a drop of super glue to firmly attach the printed sheet into the metal key ring frame. This ensures that your design remains intact.

The printing process itself is carried out with the help of a dye sublimation heat press. This press reaches a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius, allowing us to permanently print on the keyring surface. This ensures that your custom design will not fade over time, maintaining its vibrant appearance for years to come.
