We print our photo jigsaws in or Suffolk warehouse. Each puzzle is crafted using glossy cardboard. We print the puzzles at 180 degrees Celsius in our dye sublimation heat press. This high temperature ensures that the image is permanently transferred onto the puzzle surface, resulting in vibrant and long-lasting colours. Our advanced heat press uses a special ink that turns into a gas when heated, allowing it to penetrate the puzzle material and create a beautiful and durable print.

To achieve the best results, we recommend using high-resolution photos. It’s advisable to avoid using images sourced from social media or screenshots, as these are often lower in resolution and may result in pixelation or blurring once uploaded. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any pixelation due to low-resolution images. If you would like us to double-check your image before placing an order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Our personalised puzzles are printed using coloured ink. If you’re looking for a specific effect such as black and white or sepia, please ensure that you upload your design in the desired effect.

It’s important to note that we cannot guarantee exact colour matches on our puzzles. Very light shades such as creams, pastels or pale blues can be particularly challenging for our printing process to accurately reproduce. Therefore, we recommend avoiding these colours if possible.
