Whether it’s a stunning landscape, a precious family portrait or a memorable moment captured in time, our personalised 500 piece jigsaws are the perfect canvas for your personal touch.

To accommodate your preferences, we offer two packaging options for our personalised jigsaw puzzles. You can choose to receive a flat and complete puzzle that you can break apart and assemble at your leisure in the comfort of your own home. The flat puzzle option does not come with a copy of the photo or design.

Alternatively, you can opt to have your personalised jigsaw puzzle disassembled by us and placed within a gift box as showcased in the product images. It is worth noting that the colour and size of the gift box may vary. The rough dimensions of the gift box are 28 x 20cm. For those who select the gift box option, we include a copy of the puzzle image alongside the puzzle pieces. We leave the copy of the photo loose within the box, allowing you the freedom to either remove it or securely affix it to the box itself.

Please be advised that due to the presence of small parts that may pose a choking hazard, our personalised jigsaw puzzles are not recommended for children under the age of 3.

Printing Your Custom Made Jigsaw

We print all of our photo jigsaws in our Suffolk warehouse. To achieve a high level of quality, we use a cutting edge dye sublimation heat press. This advanced technology operates at a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius. The heat press uses a method that transforms the ink into a gas, allowing it to infuse deeply into the jigsaw material. As a result, the printed images are not only vibrant but also resistant to fading or scratching.

Designing Your Personalised Jigsaw Puzzle

When designing your photo puzzle, you have the freedom to unleash your creativity by incorporating various elements such as pictures, text, clip arts or even a combination of all of them! The possibilities are endless. You can choose to add photos of your family, friends, special weddings, memorable holidays or any other cherished moments onto our high quality jigsaw puzzles. With the option to upload your favourite images or custom designs, you can truly create a unique and personalised printed jigsaw that reflects your style and memories.

To ensure the best results, we recommend using high resolution photos. High resolution images will preserve the clarity and sharpness of the details resulting in a visually appealing puzzle. It is advisable to avoid using images taken from social media or screenshots, as they may have lower resolutions and could potentially lead to pixelation or blurring when printed on the puzzle.

While we strive to provide the highest quality puzzles possible, we want to emphasise that colour matches cannot be guaranteed due to the complexities of the printing process. Some very light colours, such as creams, can pose a challenge for our printing technology to accurately recreate. Therefore, it is advisable to avoid using these colours to ensure optimal printing outcomes.

Advice For Making Your Photo Jigsaw

When it comes to designing a personalised jigsaw puzzle, it is crucial to pay attention to the quality of the images you use. Opting for high quality images will result in a better finish for your puzzle. To achieve the best possible outcome, we strongly recommend using high resolution photos. It is advisable to avoid using images sourced from social media platforms or screenshots, as these are often of lower resolution and may result in pixelation or blurring. Once an image is uploaded, we cannot be held responsible for any issues related to pixelation caused by low resolution. Our personalised puzzles are printed in coloured ink. However, if you have a specific effect in mind, such as black and white or sepia, upload the design in the desired effect.

While we strive to deliver the most accurate results, we cannot guarantee precise colour matches on our puzzles. Very pale colours, such as creams, pastels and pale blues, can be particularly challenging for our printing process to recreate. Therefore, we recommend avoiding these colours to ensure the best possible outcome for your personalised jigsaw puzzle.
