When you choose our 1000 piece personalised jigsaws, you have the option of receiving them either flat and complete to be broken up by yourself or broken up and packaged in a gift box (as displayed in our product images). Please note that the colour of the gift box may vary based on supplier availability. The dimensions of the gift box are approximately 30 x 20cm although minor variations may occur due to supplier availability.

When you opt for the gift box option, a copy of the puzzle image is included within. This copy is loose in the bottom of the box. It gives you the freedom to remove it and move it around or even affix it to the box itself if desired. If you order the flat and complete puzzle option, please be aware that you will not receive a copy of the image. Nevertheless, you can always print your design at home or use an instant photo print machine to obtain a physical copy.

Lastly, for the safety and well being of young children, it’s crucial to remember that our puzzles contain small parts that could be swallowed. Therefore, these puzzles are not intended for children under 3 years of age. Also, we recommend you exercise caution and supervise other younger children while they participate in puzzle activities to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

We print all of our photo jigsaws in our Suffolk warehouse. Using a state-of-the-art dye sublimation heat press, we carefully apply heat and pressure at a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius. This specialised technique allows us to permanently infuse your cherished photos onto the surface of the jigsaw, resulting in vibrant and long lasting images that will bring joy and excitement to your puzzling experience.

It is worth noting that very pale colours such as creams, pastels and pale blues can be particularly challenging for our printing process to recreate. If you are looking to create a specific effect on your jigsaw puzzle, such as black and white or sepia tones, please make sure to upload the design in the desired effect.

We recommend using bright and bold colours. Avoid large areas of one colour, as this may make the puzzle more difficult to complete. Unless you’re after a serious challenge!
