We print our dart boards in our Suffolk warehouse. Firstly, we use a cutting-edge dye sublimation heat press technique to transfer your chosen design onto the polyester board surface. This process involves applying high levels of heat, approximately 200 degrees Celsius, which causes the ink to transform into a gas and permeate the polyester fibres.
