Printing Your Custom Made Mug

We print each and every one of our photo mugs in our Suffolk warehouse. To ensure the highest quality, we use a sublimation mug heat press for the printing process. This advanced technique involves applying a precise combination of heat and pressure to transfer your designs onto the mug surface permanently. The 200 degree Celsius heat acts as a catalyst, resulting in a vibrant and long-lasting print that won’t fade or wash away with time.

Whether you upload a photo directly or make use of our design software, we make sure that your images are reproduced in their original proportions. By default, we position the design or image at the centre front of the mug (opposite the handle). Advice For Making Your Photo Mug

When it comes to designing your photo mug, opt for high resolution and sharp pictures to enhance the final result of your personalised mug.

If you prefer a specific effect such as black and white or sepia, please ensure that you upload the design in the desired effect.

We will maintain the aspect ratio of your uploaded photos. If you decide not to use our design software and submit your own design or image, we will print it centrally on the mug. We position the design or image at the centre front of the mug (opposite the handle) by default. However, don’t hesitate to contact us if you have a specific placement request and we’ll be more than happy to accommodate your needs.

It’s important to note that due to the nature of enamel, there may be slight imperfections such as bumps, blemishes or minor colour variations in the coating. These characteristics contribute to the charm and authenticity of the enamel mug, further accentuating its vintage appeal.
