At our Suffolk warehouse, we print each mat. To begin, we start with a blank white mat as our canvas. This ensures that the colours of your design will stand out vibrantly. Using advanced printing techniques, we permanently print your unique designs onto the surface of the mat. We use dye sublimation, which involves using a heat press at a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius. This process allows the ink to penetrate the mat’s fibres, resulting in a long lasting and fade resistant print. With this method, your designs will retain their vibrant colours for years to come.

While we strive for accuracy, we would like to emphasise that it can be challenging to achieve exact colour matches on doormats due to the printing process. If you plan to use black in your design, it’s important to note that it may appear with a slight green hue. This is due to the nature of printing on a white base.
