Printing Your Custom Made Coir Doormat

We take great pride in the production of our custom coir door mats. Every single mat undergoes a hand spraying technique in our Suffolk based warehouse. Our skilled craftsmen use high pressure spray equipment to ensure a precise and even application of our specially formulated black ink onto the surface of the mat.

To achieve the desired effect, we use custom made metal stencils designed specifically to meet our quality standards. These stencils allow us to effortlessly reproduce the text and ensure perfectly centred text on the mat. We print the text in bold, black block capitals. You can refer to the product images to get an accurate representation of the font style.

It’s important to note that while we strive to deliver a durable and long lasting product, we are unable to guarantee the longevity of the printing on your doormat. Over time, as the mat is walked upon, the printing will naturally start to fade. The speed at which this occurs is dependant on various factors such as the mat’s location, the conditions it is exposed to, the level of foot traffic it experiences and other variables. For optimal wear resistance, we recommend keeping the mat in a dry environment, regularly shaking it out to remove dirt and debris and avoiding placing it in areas with heavy footfall.

When designing your printed coir doormat you can use text only. You can add up to 4 lines of text and up to 9 characters per line. The characters we can print on each doormat are limited to the alphabet (A-Z), numbers (0-9) and a selection of special characters such as ampersand (&), exclamation mark (!), apostrophe (‘), full stop (.) and comma (,).

Advice For Making Your Bespoke Coir Mat

All of our personalised coir mats are hand sprayed with the text centralised in black ink and block capitals. If you have any specific requests or would like the text in another location, please feel free to email us.
