PRINTING YOUR CUSTOM MADE PET MAT

We print our photo pet mats at our warehouse in Suffolk. Using cutting-edge dye sublimation technology, we apply your beloved pet’s photos onto the surface of the pet mat with precision and vibrant colour. Our team uses a specialised heat press set at an optimal temperature of 200 degrees Celsius. This allows the inks to transform into a gas state and permeate the polyester fibres of the mat. This technique ensures a permanent and fade resistant print that beautifully retains the design.

To ensure the longevity of your photo pet mat, we use polyester as the primary material of the mat surface. Polyester provides exceptional colour retention and is renowned for its durability. The rubber backing for our pet mats withstands the high temperatures and provides a non-slip grip.

DESIGNING YOUR PERSONALISED PET MAT

When it comes to designing your personal photo pet mat, the first step is to choose the mat thickness. Once you’ve decided on the mat thickness, the next step is to choose a background colour. We offer a wide range of colours to suit different tastes and styles. In the event that you have a specific colour in mind that is not available in our options, feel free to get in touch with us and we’ll work with you to customise our template.

After selecting the background colour, it’s time to personalise the pet mat with your furry friend’s name. The name will be printed in white capital letters and followed by the phrase “‘S BOWLS”. It’s important to note that the length of the name may affect the font size, with longer names typically resulting in smaller font sizes to ensure a visually pleasing design.

Once you have finalised these choices, you can proceed to the next step by clicking on the ‘Start Design’ button. This will take you to a user-friendly programme where you can upload one or more photos of your beloved pet. Our system allows you to adjust the layout of the photos, ensuring that they are displayed in the most appealing way on the mat. Additionally, you have the option to further personalise the design by adding additional text or clip arts to the mat.
