These vouchers are available in various denominations, starting as low as £5 and going up to £150, catering to different budget preferences. Once the purchase is made, the gift vouchers are sent directly via email to the provided email address. It’s essential to ensure the accuracy of the email address and to check your junk/spam folders if the voucher does not arrive. Moreover, you also have the option to add a personal touch by writing a gift message for the recipient.

When you order a gift voucher, it will be automatically issued from your selected date and sent to the designated email address. You have the flexibility to choose an issue date within a year from the purchase date. So you can plan ahead for special occasions. If you are uncertain about the recipient’s email address, it is advisable to send the voucher to yourself for you to forward on or write in a physical card.

It’s important to note that our gift vouchers are valid for a period of one year from the issue date. However, please always keep your voucher safe. Replacements cannot be provided for lost, stolen, destroyed or unauthorised use of the voucher. Also, it’s important to remember that the gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase another voucher.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your gift voucher via email within two hours of purchase, please feel free to contact us via email. We will assist you by sending over your voucher code.
