We understand how important timely delivery is for our customers, which is why we strive to dispatch all orders within 7 business days from the time your order is placed.

Once your order has been dispatched, it will be shipped via a standard delivery service. You can generally expect to receive your package within 5 working days of the dispatch notification email. Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors such as courier workloads or seasonal demand. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 7 working days.

If you have not received your order within seven days of receiving your dispatch confirmation email, please get in touch with us. Our team will promptly investigate and provide an update on the status of your delivery.

Delivery Costs

At Personalised With Perfection, we aim to keep shipping costs as low as possible while ensuring reliable delivery for all our customers. Delivery charges vary depending on your location due to surcharges applied by our courier services for certain areas.

  • Mainland UK: £3.99
  • Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands & Northern Ireland: £5.99
  • Other UK Islands: £6.99

These surcharges reflect the additional logistics and handling required to deliver to these regions.

We use a range of courier services to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently, depending on the delivery location, size, and weight of your parcel. Couriers we use include, but are not limited to, Royal Mail, Evri, Parcelforce, DX, DPD, and FedEx.

When you enter your address at checkout, our system will automatically calculate the delivery cost based on your postcode, showing you the exact charge before you complete your purchase. If your postcode is not recognised by our system, please contact us directly. Our team will be happy to help determine the correct delivery cost for your order.

International Delivery

We are pleased to offer international shipping, so customers outside the UK can enjoy our bespoke items and personalised gifts. Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location.

Please note that our website does not currently support direct checkout for international orders. The system will not recognise non-UK postcodes, so you will be unable to complete your purchase online without contacting us first. If you would like to place an international order, please contact us directly with your delivery address and the item(s) you wish to purchase. Our team will provide you with a custom delivery quote and guide you through how to place your order online.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. In some cases, we may be able to prepay these charges for you to help the shipment clear customs faster. If that option is available, we’ll let you know and include the cost in your shipping fee. Delivery times may also vary due to factors outside our control, such as delays in customs processing or local courier schedules.

As standard, we do not ship glass or ceramic items internationally due to the high risk of damage during transit. All orders are packaged as securely as possible, but please note that any damage that occurs during international shipping cannot be compensated by us directly. In such cases, claims must be pursued with the courier responsible for delivery.

Returns

At Personalised With Perfection, we are committed to providing high quality products and service. Each item is carefully personalised to your specifications, and we take great care to ensure every order is processed accurately and promptly.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, we are dedicated to resolving the issue quickly and efficiently.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and assist with arranging a replacement or refund.

Important:

  • To process a refund or replacement, we will ask you to provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • In some cases, we reserve the right to request proof of destruction of the item(s) to prevent fraudulent claims.

Please note:

  • Returns are only accepted for faulty or incorrect items.
  • Personalised products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories included.
