PRINTING YOUR CUSTOM MADE DOG MAT

We print photo pet mats in our Suffolk warehouse. To bring your pet’s photo to life on the mat, we use a cutting-edge method known as dye sublimation. This technique involves using a heat press at a precise temperature of 200 degrees Celsius. This heat press works by infusing the ink into the fibres of the mat’s surface resulting in a long-lasting and vibrant print.

Speaking of the mat’s surface, it is carefully crafted from polyester. This choice of material is not only durable but also acts as a perfect canvas for preserving the colours of the printed image. Polyester is known for its ability to lock in the dye ensuring durability and preventing fading over time.

DESIGNING YOUR PERSONALISED PET MAT

First and foremost, select the appropriate mat thickness based on your preferences and requirements. Our options include a thickness of either 1.5mm or 3mm. The choice primarily depends on factors like durability, comfort and personal preference.
